About the position:

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will be critical to driving growth at Third Way Health. You’ll work closely with our Growth Manager and collaborate with the Sales Executive Team to execute outbound strategies, generate a qualified sales pipeline, and uncover opportunities where we can deliver measurable value to healthcare organizations.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in outbound sales, has a creative and persistent mindset, and enjoys engaging decision-makers in a meaningful way.

As you succeed in this role, there will be opportunities to advance into roles such as Account Executive or specialized business development positions as Third Way Health scales.
Compensation: $100k OTE
Location: Los Angeles, California


Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Execution: Conduct targeted, relationship-building, outbound telephone calls & emails to prospects to identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities to set qualified appointments.
  • Pipeline Generation: Collaborate with the Growth Manager to refine strategies that increase pipeline growth and brand visibility.
  • Lead Management: Work with the Growth Manager and Sales Executive Team to follow up on leads and manage opportunities through the funnel.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze and research market data to identify prospects, trends, target high-value segments, and optimize prospecting efforts.
  • Sales Tools & Processes: Implement and manage demand-generation tools and sales enablement workflows.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the first point of contact for interested medical groups and healthcare organizations.
  • CRM Tracking: Track leads, activities, and pipeline progress in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Collaboration & Best Practices: Share creative ideas and best practices to help scale a rapidly growing, international team.
Candidate Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of experience in outbound prospecting or business development, especially targeting C-Suite executives.
  • Healthcare experience working with medical practices, hospitals, or similar organizations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and consistently build a strong, qualified pipeline.
  • Self-driven & high-performing individual that brings a matching energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities.
  • Creative problem solver and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Passionate about Third Way Health’s mission to improve the healthcare operations and patient access.
