About Us

At Pagos, we’re passionate about empowering businesses to take control of their payments stack and solve the puzzles standing between them and optimized growth. Our global platform provides developers, product teams, and payments leaders with both a deeper understanding of their payments data and access to new payments technology through user-friendly tools that are easy to implement. To succeed in this, we need creative thinkers who are willing to roll up their sleeves and start building alongside us.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be instrumental in scaling and refining our outbound operations at Pagos. Building on our strong foundation, you’ll generate leads, shape outbound messaging and prospecting strategies, and drive interest in our products.

You’ll partner closely with the Enterprise Business Development Reps and the Commercial team to identify target accounts, craft strategic approaches, and execute outreach activities. Your efforts will drive pipeline growth and help shape the future of outbound practices at Pagos.

As a Enterprise BDR, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to craft prospect lists and outbound strategy to engage potential customers

  • Research and create outreach materials for targeted accounts, both sales-directed and self-sourced using AI tools, Linkedin and other research resources

  • Proactively Identify, source, and prospect new customers on your own to then distribute round-robin style to the Sales team

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to bring deals forward and share context and learnings

  • Refine outbound messaging and processes to continuously improve prospecting outcomes

  • Support lead generation at events, conferences, and webinars, managing the full event lifecycle

  • Execute on existing strategies for generating leads while experimenting with new ideas for lead generation

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of BDR/sales experience with a track record of success within B2B sales

  • Ability to understand complex technical and business requirements and translate them to practical and pragmatic solutions

  • Strong skills in account research, lead sourcing, and crafting personalized messaging by leveraging AI tools

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to garner interest around a new product category

  • Resilience and coachability: you recover fast from rejection, seek feedback actively, and integrate it with genuine curiosity

  • Self-motivation and drive: you bring your own sense of excellence to the role, proactively track your progress, and are energized by setting and hitting ambitious goals

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, a proactive “no task is too small” attitude, and openness to experimenting with new strategies and ideas

  • Willingness and ability to travel to conferences and client events

Nice to haves:
  • Experience within payments and/or fintech industry

  • Familiarity with sales tools like Hubspot, Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Extensive in-person prospecting experience (e.g. conferences, dinners, events)

  • Experience working remote and with distributed teams

Pagos does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiting agencies. All interested candidates are encouraged to apply directly.
