Binti builds software for state and county government agencies, focusing on reinventing social services. We started in child welfare, with the mission of helping every child have a safe, loving, and stable family. To date, we’ve helped approve more than 100,000 families to foster or adopt, and we support over 46% of the nation’s child welfare system. We have expanded our product offerings in child welfare, moving more to the root of the problem, helping families stay together and avoid separation, and are now expanding horizontally across other areas in social services.

Binti is a for-profit, mission-driven software company based in San Francisco, CA. Investors include Founders Fund, First Round Capital, Kapor Capital, and others. We’re a team of ~90 people and growing quickly. We care about creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and can bring their full self to work. We have a huge, ambitious vision to rewire government to be more effective in expanding opportunities for people around the world, and we are looking for mission-driven, high-empathy, high-performance, and low-ego team members to join us on our exciting journey towards that vision.

Role Overview

At Binti, the Project Management team leads the end-to-end delivery of our software with public sector partners, ensuring agencies successfully adopt Binti’s tools while transforming how they support children and families. We work closely with child welfare leaders, frontline staff, and cross-functional internal teams to translate complex, often ambiguous goals into well-executed solutions that drive positive outcomes for children and families.

As the Enterprise Engagement Lead, you’ll take ownership of our most strategic and high-impact enterprise launches, bringing technical fluency, critical problem-solving, passion for the mission, and executive presence to every phase of implementation. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, including members of Binti’s executive team, to identify and lead high-priority initiatives that strengthen our implementation practices across the board. You’ll join a thoughtful, mission-driven team that values trust, autonomy, and continuous improvement as we scale Binti’s impact nationwide. This is a newly created, unique opportunity to shape how Binti scales its implementation model, bringing thought leadership, structure, and innovation to one of the most critical phases of our work.

What you will do
  • Own the full delivery of large-scale government implementations, including strategy, planning, stakeholder management, technical and programmatic execution, risk mitigation, and post-launch support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior agency executives, aligning goals, setting expectations, and proactively resolving risks or misalignment

  • Engage effectively across all levels of agency partners, from frontline users to middle managers to agency leadership, with an adapted communication style and approach that builds trust, establishes clarity, and drives alignment.

  • Translate product capabilities and technical architecture (e.g. integrations, data pipelines, modular configurations, permission structures) into a fully implemented and configured solution that meets agency needs and aligns with Binti’s best practices.

  • Consult and help implement change management strategies, helping agency partners evolve outdated workflows and adopt new processes that align with Binti’s product and broader goals

  • Drive accountability across internal and external teams, ensuring clear communication, clarity of roles, visibility into blockers, and steady forward momentum across all phases of implementation

  • Contribute to the development of scalable systems and frameworks to elevate the PMO’s enterprise implementation model, with a focus on delivering high-quality, repeatable, and consultative professional services at scale.

  • Provide strategic implementation expertise during the pre-sales process, helping align agency priorities with Binti’s product and delivery model.

What we love about you
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in consulting, SaaS implementation, and/or government systems

  • Demonstrated strength in critical problem solving and decision-making in ambiguous, high-stakes environments

  • Willing and able to travel regularly for on-site work with government partners, including in-person training, planning sessions, and relationship-building

  • Comfort owning delivery for large-scale implementations with limited direction and evolving constraints

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and troubleshoot execution risks

  • Technical fluency and strong understanding of how software is configured and deployed, including integrations, architecture, and data flows

  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from agency executives to frontline staff

  • Familiarity with child welfare, health and human services, or similar domains

  • Formal certification in project and/or change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci) is a plus

  • Skilled at navigating complex environments with competing priorities and operational resistance

  • Passion for strong collaborative team culture

  • Comfort operating in a high-growth startup environment
