About MelodyArc

MelodyArc is building the orchestration layer for enterprise service work — where rules, people, and AI collaborate to get complex operations done reliably at scale. Our orchestration core, the Point Engine, enables teams to configure agentic AI Operators that execute work end-to-end while leveraging existing business logic and human-in-the-loop workflows.

We design for people and AI working together because that is what holds up at enterprise scale. The operations we sell into employ thousands of people and touch millions of customers, and they run on judgment as much as process.

Role Overview

As an Enterprise GTM Associate, you will work across the full funnel from marketing and prospecting through deal execution and implementation alongside the co-founder and senior revenue leaders.

Your job is to help MelodyArc win and expand complex enterprise customers. The exact work changes depending on what is most important to making that happen.

You’ll be deployed against some of the highest-leverage problems in enterprise GTM, and you’ll be expected to both think and execute. One day you may be researching and prospecting Fortune 500 accounts, the next project managing a customer video, working with product leadership on messaging for a new feature, or helping a founder execute a GTM special project. You may research target accounts and determine who to pursue and why, open doors through events, partners, and referrals, or own the follow-ups that keep active deals moving.

This is an early-career role with broad exposure. You’ll see the full picture of a fast-growing revenue organization, sit in conversations where large enterprises decide how to adopt AI, and learn how MelodyArc’s product actually gets sold, configured, and deployed.

Key Responsibilities

You may do any of the following, though not all of them at once. We’re hiring someone who wants exposure to the full span of enterprise GTM and will grow into deeper expertise in a few of these areas over time.

Pipeline and prospecting
  • Run prospecting with the founder and AEs, including referral and warm-introduction programs.
  • Research target accounts and build prioritized lists. Identify who to pursue and why.
  • Represent MelodyArc at events and help turn relationships and warm connections into qualified opportunities.
Deal execution
  • Own follow-ups, next steps, and the details that keep active deals moving.
  • Work with senior sellers to build pitches, demos, and customer engagements.
  • Support strategic account research, meeting preparation, and deal execution.
  • Participate in implementations so you understand how the product lands inside a customer and what matters after the sale.
Marketing execution
  • Help own event strategy and execution: which events are worth attending, what needs to happen before and during them, and the follow-up that turns attendance into meetings.
  • Build and maintain sales materials including decks, one-pagers, and case studies, and keep them current as the product evolves.
  • Project manage video and content production with founders, customers, and outside vendors.
  • Write and ship content, including blog posts, customer stories, and social content.
Strategy and reporting
  • Help evaluate which GTM projects are worth doing and own pieces of the execution once we decide.
  • Develop systems for tracking pipeline health, conversion, and GTM activity.
  • Take on special projects with revenue leadership as priorities change.
Who You Are

You’re an all-around athlete who can move between analytical thinking and hands-on execution, pick up new technology quickly, and learn by doing hard things.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales or GTM role or in an adjacent field such as consulting, finance, or strategy with a strong track record of ownership and execution.
  • You’re good at a lot of things and like the variety of switching domains often. You have low ego about the work and are comfortable moving between strategic projects and detailed execution.
  • You’re technically fluent, or fast enough to get there. You’ll be expected to learn the platform well enough to demo it and explain how a workflow gets configured to a skeptical technical buyer.
  • You have strong critical and creative thinking skills. You can research, prioritize, and reason through ambiguous problems rather than waiting for every step to be defined.
  • You’re highly organized and an excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • You’re a natural relationship-builder who connects easily with people and holds poise at events and on client calls.
  • You’re genuinely interested in enterprise technology, AI, process improvement, organizational strategy, and how large companies actually operate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience generating pipeline through events, partnerships, referrals, or targeted outbound efforts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles or working with large, complex organizations.
  • Experience with CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with customer service operations, contact-center workflows, or business-process operations.
Compensation

Base salary of $75K–$95K, meaningful equity, and benefits. Final offer may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors.

This is a salary-based role rather than a variable-compensation role because the highest-leverage activities you may own will change over time. You will still own measurable targets and work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer to hit them.
