About the Role

At Ramp, we’re building the platform modern finance teams rely on to manage spend at scale. We’re hiring an Enterprise Product Marketing Manager to accelerate Ramp’s move upmarket and help define how we continue to win with large, complex organizations.

You’ll join a growing Enterprise Product Marketing team and play a key role in shaping Ramp’s Enterprise GTM strategy. This is a highly strategic role with end-to-end ownership across core Enterprise initiatives from defining product and solution narratives to driving GTM programs that support growth across the Enterprise segment.

The ideal candidate is deeply customer-obsessed and a strong storyteller, able to translate customer insights, competitive intel, and Ramp product innovation into clear, compelling Enterprise narratives. You’re effective at building alignment and earning buy-in across senior Sales leadership, product leaders, and cross-functional marketing and enablement teams to shape how Enterprise solutions are built, launched, commercialized, and adopted.

Your work will span product and solution storytelling, product launches, competitive strategy, sales enablement, persona research, integrated campaigns, and the creation of high-impact pre- and post-sales content to support Enterprise GTM execution.

We’ll align focus areas to each PMM’s strengths and interests, with meaningful ownership, visibility, and impact across the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for industry verticals and key buyer personas within the Enterprise segment.

  • Translate Ramp’s platform capabilities across card, expense, AP, travel, and more into Enterprise-ready solutions, use cases, and value propositions that resonate with complex buying committees.

  • Develop Enterprise proof points through customer stories, case studies, and ROI models that connect Ramp’s capabilities to measurable outcomes for Enterprise buyers.

  • Drive Enterprise sales readiness through scalable enablement, including messaging frameworks, talk tracks, and sales plays.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Enterprise Sales during active, high-stakes negotiations by developing bespoke narratives, competitive positioning, and executive-ready materials that influence deal outcomes.

  • Partner with our Enterprise ABM Marketers on integrated campaigns to build awareness, generate pipeline, and influence active opportunities.

  • Shape monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, and SKU development.

  • Provide input on and help prioritize feature development in collaboration with Product teams.

  • Establish measurement plans to track program effectiveness and continuously iterate across win rate, deal velocity, pipeline, adoption, and expansion.

What You Need
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing.

  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, writing, and live enablement skills with a proven track record of distilling complex concepts into simple, compelling messages and content (decks, ROI calculators, videos, web pages, white papers).

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in using AI to drive marketing outcomes, including content creation, messaging iteration, and market research synthesis.

  • You like working with data and insights, and naturally think of how to quantify and showcase impact through data and insights.

  • An analytical and systems mindset; you’re comfortable instrumenting, measuring, and iterating programs.

  • You collaborate and communicate well across technical and non-technical teams (product, engineering, design, GTM), and are able to drive momentum across multiple teams.

  • You’re ambitious and thrive in a dynamic environment where you’re comfortable taking on multiple highly interdependent, complex projects at once and driving them to completion with minimal guidance.

  • Proactively find ways to get things done, even with incomplete information and evolving requirements.

Nice to Haves
  • Experience across both B2B and B2C product marketing, ideally in finance or fintech.
