The Role

This is a strategic relationship management role focused on growing and retaining revenue within existing enterprise accounts.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and unlocking new opportunities within some of the world’s top brands—selling into new teams, divisions, and use cases—while also owning the commercial health of your book of business. This is a proactive, consultative sales motion focused on driving meaningful revenue growth within your book of business.

You’ll partner closely with Customer Success and leadership to align expansion with renewal strategy, while independently building relationships, generating pipeline, and closing expansion and renewal deals across complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full expansion cycle: create pipeline → close → expand→ renew within existing enterprise accounts
  • Proactively source new opportunities across business units, teams, and geographies
  • Build and execute strategic account plans grounded in org mapping, whitespace analysis, and clear growth hypotheses
  • Multithread across marketing, design, product, and executive stakeholders to increase deal size and account penetration
  • Own commercial outcomes for assigned accounts, including expansion, retention, risk identification, and forecasting
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to align expansion with renewal strategy and long-term account growth
  • Lead consultative, value-driven sales cycles tied to measurable business outcomes
  • Run compelling demos, pilots, and POCs that validate new use cases and accelerate adoption
  • Navigate complex enterprise procurement, legal, and stakeholder environments
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Act as the voice of the customer—bringing insights back to Product and GTM teams, especially as we evolve our AI offering

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • 3–7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, including selling into enterprise organizations
  • Proven success driving expansion revenue (upsell/cross-sell) within existing accounts
  • Experience managing account retention and mitigating churn risk in a subscription or SaaS environment
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals and building relationships across an organization
  • Ability to identify and create new opportunities within accounts through structured account planning and org mapping
  • Strong execution of consultative sales cycles, including engaging executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience selling marketing, creative, or adjacent technology preferred
  • AI-forward in your workflow—using AI tools to improve prospecting, personalization, and efficiency
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
