  • Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise service & delivery prospects and clients (large, distributed workforces; multi-brand and multi-site environments)
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including multi-threaded stakeholder engagement across Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership
  • Run discovery to understand complex operational realities (high-volume hiring, seasonal demand, compliance, union/non-union, multi-jurisdiction rules) and translate them into a quantified value narrative
  • Coordinate internal and partner resources (UKG and Mosaic consulting leaders) to build solution scope, business case, and a phased roadmap that can expand into broader services over time
  • Drive rigorous opportunity management—forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and deal governance—while maintaining accurate visibility in our CRM
  • Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

What makes you successful:

Need to haves:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consultative sales, relationship management, or solution selling, with a strong preference for enterprise service & distribution accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-threaded opportunities and influence executive stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and C-suite)
  • Experience selling services and/or technology that improves workforce outcomes at scale (e.g., HCM, WFM, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, compliance, analytics)
  • Proven success partnering with reseller/ISV/channel or strategic alliance representatives (including UKG or similar ecosystems) to close joint opportunities
  • Comfort navigating enterprise procurement, security/IT review, legal, and contracting processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities and long sales cycles simultaneously
  • Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for enterprise client and partner work

Nice to haves:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University

How you’ll be measured:

  • Achieving Sales Plan goals on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Maintaining monthly/quarterly pipeline attainment equivalent to 3x sales plan goal
  • Creation and execution of Sales Plan to exceed sales goals with scheduled Quarterly Business Review

What we offer you:

  • A high-impact role with significant growth runway as Mosaic expands services to align to comprehensive business needs
  • An opportunity to deepen your UKG, retail and hospitality expertise while shaping how we take solutions to market
  • A competitive salary with bonus potential
  • Comprehensive benefits, perks and PTO package
  • An award-winning company culture in a flexible remote environment
