  • Support Account Executives in identifying a prospect’s fraud and compliance needs.

  • Create comprehensive Solution Designs that address our prospect’s needs.

  • Collaborate with peers to improve all processes within the Sales Engineering team.

  • Work together with our product and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement in our product suite and help prioritize and design solutions.

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years prior experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar roles supporting enterprise customers.

  • Prior experience within the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domain.

  • Proven success working with large financial institutions, banks or global enterprises.

  • Experience with API based products, a strong understanding of JSON, the ability to read and understand code, and familiarity with one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java. Bonus points for knowledge of web development principles and/or the ability to build internal tools using one of the above languages.

  • Strong analytical skills: you can dig into the technical details of a problem and turn it into a proposed solution.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment working with global clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas, and to tailor your communication to their role and seniority.
