We’re looking for an experienced customer-facing solutions engineer with frontend dev experience to join us as we build the backbone of technical sales. In this role, you’ll need to think critically about our customers’ goals and understand the Coast platform inside and out.
By keeping a lean team, we’ve been able to move fast and want to keep it that way with high performers that take pride in their work. The role will work directly with our Founders and alongside our team in-person in our NYC office.

You are excited to become an expert on API-first companies and their sales motions (if you are not already).
You’re customer obsessed and will do whatever it takes to ensure they are successful with our platform.
You’ve been a frontend developer previously and have an intimate understand of HTML, CSS, JS
Bonus: you’ve worked at an API-first company previously
You can’t work hard right now.
You need a structure in place that you can follow to do your job successfully.
You’re not excited about helping sales and solutions teams at API companies. You won’t be able to succeed in this role unless you love our customers and truly want to help them.
Become a Coast subject matter expert addressing questions, concerns and requests
Build technical PoCs for our prospective customers pre-sale
Help support onboarding, training and technical solutioning post-sale
Have a deep understanding of customers' technical challenges and help solve them with Coast’s platform
Identify product gaps and opportunities based on customer needs for our roadmap
Located in New York and able to work in office
Experience with frontend development, APIs and Javascript
Bachelor’s degree
