We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Assistant to support outreach and fundraising campaigns in the Pleasanton area. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute promotional marketing events to boost awareness and donations for nonprofit partners
  • Set up event displays, promotional booths, and branded visual merchandising at community events
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, promotional content, and event assets
  • Participate in fundraising activities and donor engagement efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, marketing partners, clients, and stakeholders
  • Support the marketing team with campaign coordination, event logistics, and outreach
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
  • OR 1–2 years of experience in marketing, promotional events, sales, advertising, or customer-facing roles
  • Internships or prior entry-level marketing experience also considered
Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve results
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
  • Strong time management skills with ability to follow schedules and deadlines
