Tri-Valley Collective is a leading face-to-face marketing and fundraising organization partnering with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to create positive change in communities. Through meaningful conversations and personalized outreach, our team helps generate awareness and support for important causes.

We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, developing relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and leadership development.

No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent nonprofit campaigns through professional face-to-face marketing and community outreach
  • Engage with customers and community members to increase awareness and support for client initiatives
  • Build strong relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
  • Learn and execute proven marketing and sales strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs
  • Track campaign progress and contribute to achieving team goals
  • Collaborate with team members in a positive, competitive, and growth-focused environment
  • Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience and mentorship
