We're hiring motivated Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you'll support ethical brands and nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, community engagement, and live promotional events.

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll help increase brand awareness, engage community members, and support outreach campaigns through in-person marketing initiatives and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at live events and community outreach campaigns
  • Conduct face-to-face marketing and customer engagement activities
  • Build relationships with potential supporters, donors, and customers
  • Assist with lead generation, donor acquisition, and public education efforts
  • Collaborate with team members to execute marketing and sales strategies
  • Track campaign performance and outreach results using CRM tools
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs
  • Contribute to team goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
