The Epic Cupid Analyst will support Epic Cupid application workflows, structured reporting, optimization, and operational improvements in cardiology. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, collaboration with clinical teams, and end-user support.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst for a remote 3-month contract opportunity supporting a healthcare organization’s cardiology and clinical systems team. This individual will support Epic Cupid application workflows, optimization initiatives, structured reporting efforts, system support, and operational improvements within a complex Epic environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Epic Cupid experience supporting cardiovascular workflows, structured reporting build, implementation projects, clinical operations, procedure documentation, integrations, and end-user support across cardiology departments.
- Support Epic Cupid application workflows, optimization initiatives, and day-to-day operational support
- Lead and support Cupid structured reporting build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities
- Analyze, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic Cupid functionality and related cardiology workflows
- Partner closely with clinical stakeholders, cardiology leadership, physicians, operational teams, and IT teams to support workflow improvements and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot complex application, interface, and workflow issues related to cardiovascular operations
- Support clinical documentation, procedure workflows, orders, results review, and cardiovascular imaging integrations
- Participate in system upgrades, testing activities, enhancement requests, implementation projects, and go-live support efforts
- Assist with workflow optimization initiatives focused on improving provider efficiency, clinical operations, and patient care workflows
- Collaborate with integration teams and third-party vendors supporting cardiovascular systems and device integrations
- Document workflows, build specifications, testing outcomes, and operational recommendations
- Provide end-user support, training assistance, and issue resolution for Epic Cupid users
- Epic Cupid Certification required
- 5+ years of Epic Cupid build, support, optimization, or implementation experience required
- Must have hands-on experience supporting Cupid structured reporting build and implementation projects
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular clinical workflows and cardiology operations
- Experience supporting procedure documentation, orders, results workflows, and cardiovascular imaging integrations
- Experience troubleshooting complex Epic application and workflow issues
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades, testing, and optimization initiatives
Benefits
Pay rate based on qualifications $75.00 - $80.00+
