Design, build, optimize, implement, and support Epic Professional Billing (PB) Admin and PB Claims applications. Analyze and improve PB and claims workflows, troubleshoot production issues, participate in testing, upgrades, and go-live support, and collaborate with operational, IT, and vendor teams to improve revenue cycle performance.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic PB & Claims Analyst to support a Texas-based healthcare organization. This is a 3-month, full-time, remote contract with a high possibility of extension. Occasional travel will be required for go-live support and major project events.
The Epic PB Admin & PB Claims Analyst will design, build, optimize, implement, and support the Epic Professional Billing (PB) Admin and PB Claims applications while partnering with operational leaders and end users to improve revenue cycle workflows and system performance.
- Design, build, and support the Epic PB Admin and PB Claims applications.
- Analyze business requirements and optimize Professional Billing and claims workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, implementations, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with operational, IT, and vendor teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Active Epic PB Admin and PB Claims Certifications required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of analyst experience, including 2+ years within healthcare, business, or information systems.
- Experience with Epic application build, optimization, and support.
- Experience supporting Epic implementations and go-live activities.
- Strong knowledge of Professional Billing, claims processing, and Revenue Cycle workflows.
- Experience with hospital billing
- Additional Epic Certifications are a plus (Cadence, Charge Router, etc...)
Benefits
Hourly based on experience $60.00 - $83.00/hr
