The Epic Prelude Analyst will design, build, and optimize patient access workflows, ensuring systems meet business needs and supporting end-user interactions in a healthcare environment.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Application System Analyst II with strong Epic Prelude and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) expertise to support the design, build, optimization, and ongoing support of patient access workflows. This individual will act as a key liaison between end-users, operational leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure systems are aligned with business and operational needs.
This is a 3-month contract opportunity with a strong likelihood of extension, offering fully remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, document, implement, and support assigned applications and solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
- Support and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Partner with Service Desk teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Participate in project implementation activities, including analysis, testing, documentation, and go-live support
- Maintain and enhance system configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices
- Provide end-user education, training, and ongoing support
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and integrations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data integrity, and security standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Application/System Analyst in a healthcare environment
- Epic Prelude and RTE Certification
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, systems, and operations
- Proven experience supporting medium to high-complexity applications
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with system implementation, testing (unit, integrated, UAT), and support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Benefits
Pay rate based on qualifications $75.00 - $80.00+
