Superlanet is seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote opportunity with quarterly travel required for key project milestones and organizational events.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and a proven ability to design, build, optimize, and support revenue cycle workflows that improve billing accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This individual will play a key role in supporting the organization's ongoing Revenue Cycle stabilization efforts, with a strong focus on Claims, Remittance, and long-term Professional Billing optimization.
- Design, configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) applications.
- Serve as the primary application resource for Claims and Remittance functionality within Epic Resolute PB.
- Configure and support claims processing, claim edits, remittance posting, reimbursement workflows, workqueues, and charge entry.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize Professional Billing workflows.
- Support ongoing Revenue Cycle stabilization initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve billing accuracy, reimbursement, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolution to application support requests.
- Participate in system upgrades, integrated testing, go-lives, optimization initiatives, and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop and maintain build documentation, workflow diagrams, and application support documentation.
- Ensure Epic build aligns with organizational standards, payer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with operational leaders to recommend workflow enhancements and long-term improvements to the Professional Billing application.
- Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification or Accreditation required.
- Epic certification or significant experience with Claims, Remittance, Charge Router, and Benefits Engine strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of relevant healthcare IT or revenue cycle experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

- 4+ years of Epic Resolute PB build, implementation, and application support experience in a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Claims processing, Remittance, reimbursement workflows, and Professional Billing operations.
- Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, payer regulations, revenue cycle operations, and reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience supporting complex health systems, academic medical centers, or multi-specialty physician organizations preferred.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel monthly for project activities, workshops, and go-live support.
- Epic certifications or advanced build experience with Benefits Engine, Charge Router, Claims, and Remittance.
- Experience participating in large-scale Epic implementations or revenue cycle transformation initiatives.
- Experience optimizing Professional Billing workflows in complex healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of reporting, revenue cycle analytics, and operational performance improvement.

Salary based on experience $100,000 - $118,000 +
