Configure and build enhancements and capital projects within Epic Tapestry UM (Service Authorizations). Responsibilities include implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, go-live support, technical documentation, demos, and managing/prioritizing multiple tasks or projects.

Epic Tapestry Analyst:Position Type: Direct Hire (Remote)
Epic Tapestry Analyst: Build and configure for the enhancements and capital projects within the Tapestry UM module area, specifically Service Authorizations.
Qualifications Required
- Must have a current Epic Tapestry Certification (any of these Claims, Membership, Enrollment & Eligibility, CRM, Utilization Management)
- 3-6 years of recent build and configuration experience on any of the Epic Tapestry modules
- Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in Service Authorization implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
Contract Details
- Term: Immediate start
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Location: 100% Remote
Requirements
Preferred
- Work Experience/Direct knowledge of Utilization Management or Tapestry Utilization Management build
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
