How you can make an impact
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy that grows sales across multiple channels, increases daily customer touchpoints and drives penetration in underperforming accounts and segments.

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers through in person meetings, calls and other remote interactions, identifying needs and securing orders for Eppendorf products.

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations that educate customers and prospects on the benefits, features and applications of Eppendorf solutions.

  • Collaborate with distribution and channel partners by defining joint go‑to‑market strategies, providing training and motivation and supporting their sales activities to increase Eppendorf revenue.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets; meet management benchmarks and provide clear forecasts and reports on activities, progress and risks.

  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in the CRM system (accounts, contacts, distributor lists, opportunities, forecasts) and actively follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows and other sources.

  • Work closely with cross-functionally to shape products, marketing strategies, and assigned sales projects.

What sets you apart
  • Bringing a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university, or a comparable combination of education and one to two years of related experience and/or training.

  • Practical experience that allows you to engage confidently with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into solutions and sales opportunities.

  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record, enabling you to travel as needed for regional sales and team meetings.
