Company Overview

Tsunami Tsolutions is a leading provider of technology solutions tailored for the aerospace and defense sector and other highly regulated industries. We deliver enterprise solutions that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and decision-making for airlines, MROs, aerospace manufacturers, and other asset-intensive organizations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to Lead ERP implementations and transformation initiatives for customers in Canada, the United States, and other international markets. This role independently manages projects from planning through deployment and stabilization, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, customer expectations, and delivery performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with an understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, business-process change, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and organizational readiness in complex, asset-intensive environments. The position requires the ability to coordinate geographically distributed teams, build strong customer relationships, and navigate the demands of projects involving multiple organizations, time zones, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead full-cycle ERP implementation, upgrade, optimization, and related business-transformation projects.

•  Establish and maintain project governance, IMS plans, critical path, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and change controls.

•  Coordinate consultants, solution architects, developers, data specialists, business analysts, customer teams, and third-party resources.

•  Manage customer expectations and facilitate steering committee, governance, and working-team meetings.

•  Monitor project financial and delivery performance, including forecasts, utilization, invoicing inputs, scope changes, and contractual commitments.

•  Coordinate requirements, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, training, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities.

•  Identify and resolve delivery concerns and make routine project tradeoff decisions independently.

•  Provide clear executive-level status reporting and escalate material risks, issues, or commercial concerns promptly.

•  Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to PMO, quality, security, and customer requirements.

•  Support estimates, proposals, statements of work, implementation planning, and expansion opportunities.

Required Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

•  Five or more years of project management experience, including responsibility for customer-facing technology or enterprise-system projects.

•  Experience managing at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle or a comparably complex enterprise application deployment.

•  Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, risk, resource, change, and stakeholder management.

•  Ability to lead distributed cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities and dependencies.

•  Strong customer-management, facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.

•  Must reside in Canada, work effectively with geographically distributed teams, and be available for domestic and international travel as project needs require.

•  Ability to pass required background investigation and any customer-mandated screening.

Preferred Qualifications

•  PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or comparable certification.

•  Experience with cloud ERP platforms and implementation methodologies.

•  Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation MRO, energy, utilities, or asset-intensive manufacturing.

•  Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, training, cutover, and organizational change management.

Work Environment

Remote position requiring Canadian residency, with responsibility for supporting customers and delivery teams across North America and potentially other international locations. Travel to customer and company sites is required based on project needs. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is CAD $110,000–$145,000 annually, with individual offers based on each candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. Consistent with our merit-based pay practices, we may consider higher compensation for candidates who can contribute beyond the role’s stated scope and take on broader responsibilities.

Benefits

Tsunami Tsolutions offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible Canadian employees, including health and dental coverage, paid time off and holidays, and life and disability insurance. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and plan terms.
