The Sales Manager will drive sales activities for software products, manage client relationships, achieve revenue targets, and conduct sales presentations.
This is a remote position.
- Sales Manager who will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our software products within a designated geography.
- The candidate will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new business as well as establish new prospects.
Responsibilities
- Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
- Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
- Managing prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
- Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
- Calling to establish new opportunities
- Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
- Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
- Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end-users and channels
- Coordinating with pre-sales for solutioning and proposal preparation
Requirements
- Must have 2-3 experience selling solutions (preferably ERPs) or subscription-based products to a diverse customer base
- Accounting Degree / Any Degree / Having Solution selling experience and 3+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business
- Small to Midsize account management experience
- Proven track record for closing mid-size companies
- Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
- Strong time management skills
- Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
- Proven track record of growing business from an established client base
- Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
- Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Especially Powerpoint) and CRM
- Familiarity with Powerpoint presentation preparation
