JD • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, identify gaps, and provide solutions tailored to their financial processes and Workday functionality. • Configure Workday Financials modules (including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Procurement, and Financial Reporting) to meet client specifications. • Conduct testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during the implementation phase to ensure quality and accuracy. • Develop training materials and lead training sessions for end-users to enhance user adoption of Workday Financials. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday financial issues post-implementation. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration between Workday and other systems. • Stay updated with Workday releases, enhancements, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients. • Participate in project management activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestone • Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand HR business processes, challenges, and objectives. • Design scalable and efficient HR solutions using Workday that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. • Lead the configuration and implementation of Workday modules (such as Core HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Time Tracking, etc.) in accordance with project timelines. • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify potential areas for process improvement and change management. • Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials for end-users. • Provide functional and technical support across all HR functions and serve as a subject matter expert for Workday-related inquiries.
