Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate preparation, execution, and corrective action follow-up for RBA, JAC, WCA, and other ESG/social responsibility audits.
- Serve as a key contact for customer sustainability engagement, including ESG questionnaires, assessments, audits, and information requests.
- Coordinate with relevant functions and global sites to ensure timely and consistent responses to customer ESG requirements.
- Monitor customer sustainability requirements and industry trends to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
- Establish and continuously improve customer ESG engagement and audit management mechanisms.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in ESG, CSR, auditing, customer management, or supply chain sustainability.
- Familiarity with RBA, JAC, WCA, and responsible business/supply chain audit requirements; strong customer communication, audit coordination, problem-solving, project management, and English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
