What You'll Do
Event Strategy & Execution
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of all Cove events-ABM dinners, VIP executive experiences, customer roundtables, trade shows, partner activations, and product-focused events.
- Organize user-focused events, meetups, and onsite experiences that deepen platform engagement, showcase new capabilities, and create natural pathways for upsells across customer portfolios.
- Build a structured playbook for turnout, engagement, and follow-through for each event type.
- Develop event concepts that feel premium, personal, and tailored to top accounts.
- Work closely with Sales to identify who should attend, why, and what success looks like.
- Manage budgets, venues, vendors, catering, logistics, swag, and travel.
ABM & Revenue Impact
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure every event ties directly to pipeline goals.
- Map target accounts and curate personalized experiences that help convert them into opportunities.
- Track event ROI-from attendance → engagement → meetings → opportunities → revenue.
- Build structured pre-event, during-event, and post-event workflows alongside Sales.
Brand Experience & Storytelling
- Ensure every event reflects Cove's premium brand and the "Where AI Meets Utility" identity.
- Build experiences that show-not tell-Cove's value, product story, and customer impact.
- Partner with design to source visuals, signage, collateral, and event-specific assets.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Create meaningful experiences for existing customers-roundtables, open houses, portfolio visits-to drive expansion and retention.
- Collaborate with Cushman & Wakefield and other major partners on co-hosted experiences.

Who You Are
- 4-8+ years in field marketing & event marketing roles.
- Experience hosting highly curated events for enterprise buyers.
- Strong project management background-detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
- Comfortable working directly with senior executives and high-profile partners.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS pipeline, sales cycles, and revenue alignment.
- Creative thinker with a knack for finding unique, memorable event ideas.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate vendors.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, facilities, or operations tech
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Experience planning events with high profile guests/attendees
- Comfortable navigating major conferences (Realcomm, BOMA, etc.)

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000
