We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in event planning, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute events, conferences, and meetings.
2. Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and executive leadership.
4. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
5. Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
6. Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee communication.
7. Conduct site visits and ensure event setup and teardown.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
2. Advanced degree (e.g., MA) preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
4. Professional certifications, such as CMP or CMM.
5. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in event management software, such as Eventbrite or Bizzabo.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with event design and decor.
2. Knowledge of event technology, including virtual and hybrid events.
3. Familiarity with sustainability and accessibility practices in event planning.
