Workato is looking for an Events Marketing Coordinator, Agentic Training Events (Contractor) to lead and plan agentic training events for Workato customers. The ideal candidate will have experience organizing and managing in-person training events as well as strong project management, budget management, and event planning experience.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Plan and execute in-person training events for customers to learn Workato’s agentic products: Organize in-person training events for up to 50 people, ensuring all event elements support a high-quality learning experience and drive product adoption and expansion opportunities.
Manage all event planning, execution, and logistics: Oversee all logistical details for in-person training events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, travel arrangements, and on-site setup. Ensure seamless execution and a great experience for all attendees.
Lead project planning and coordination with the internal project team: Drive project planning and manage cross-functional coordination among sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful event experience. Assign responsibilities, track progress, and facilitate communication to keep the project on schedule.
Drive targeted event promotion and registration: Execute focused outbound promotional efforts, such as personalized marketing campaigns and direct outreach via sales team emails to drive event registration among key accounts. Monitor and optimize outreach to maximize attendance from the target audience.
Report on event KPIs: Track and analyze key metrics including registration, attendance, engagement, and expansion pipeline generated from each event. Share actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders to inform future event strategy and improve outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years experience in events management at a technology company
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience managing budgets and coordinating with external vendors
Experience with Excel, and project management and reporting tools
Ability to travel on-site to events as needed
The pay for this contract may range between $29 - $43 per hour.
