The Events Coordinator will assist in coordinating and executing meetings and events, manage budgets, communicate effectively, and support the CoE team.

Shift and Hours: First - 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM / Can be slightly flexible as long as 8 hours are worked
Duration: 5/5/2026 - 9/4/2026 (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $21/-hr on W2.

Summary:
- As an Events Coordinator, you will assist with the coordination and execution of small to medium meetings, conferences, and events.

- Collaborative, fast paced, results driven
Team Overview:
- Will work with Center of Excellence (CoE) Team, directly reporting to WPE Director.
- CoE team runs events, hospitality, amenities, transportation and shipping programs globally.
Resource's typical working day:
- Check emails, slacks, meets with CoE / WPE Director for tasks and projects.
- Coordinates / books vendors for events.
- Manages payments and budgets as needed.
- Organizes information in decks / sheets.
- Supports as requested.
Must Have Skills:
- Event coordination / planning (2-3 years)
- Budget understanding
- Worked in G-Suite
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Nice to have skills:
- Managed complex events and large budgets, creative mindset
Years of Experience:
- 2-3 years minimum
Education:
- Bachelors
Software skills:
- Must have: G-Suite, Adobe Express
Nice to have:
- Social Media / Reel creator, AI programs like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini
