We are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to plan and execute strategic SEON-branded events. This role will report to the Director, Global Field Marketing and is an opportunity to plan and execute impactful hosted events across the organization, including Webinars, Roadshows and more. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing event experiences that enhance our brand presence, support business objectives, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and measurable success.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn, a desire to work collaboratively on a variety of programs and the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and carry out SEON-branded event strategies (in person and virtual, external and internal) based on objectives like pipeline, brand awareness and customer engagement

  • Exceed demand generation goals by creating events that will create leads, and, more importantly, pipeline, with positive ROI

  • Work with product marketing, GTM leadership, and executives to translate priorities into compelling global event narratives and sessions

  • Collate event metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting and provide thoughtful recommendations for future programs based on data-backed insights

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 7 years of experience working in event and field marketing in the B2B technology space with a revenue focus

  • Consistent record of building successful partnerships with sales and customer success teams to craft programs that are results-driven in their approach

  • Experience creating and delivering exceptional revenue driving virtual and in-person events

  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail

  • An individual that will embrace our culture for collaboration and shared commitment to excellence

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
