At Serve Robotics, we’re reimagining how things move in cities. Our personable sidewalk robot is our vision for the future. It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses.

The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

JOB OVERVIEW

This role owns the end-to-end operational delivery of advertising campaigns and event activations once contracts are signed. The position aligns clients, Operations, Event Venues, Partnerships, Hardware, Finance, and Legal to ensure every media campaign and event runs cleanly, on time, and to spec. This role closes communication gaps, manages assets and logistics, and ensures that every commitment in the SOW is executed without misses.

JOB DUTIES

  • Drive full-cycle event and campaign execution once contracts are closed, ensuring all deliverables, timelines, and workstreams are aligned across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build, manage, and track event and campaign budgets; maintain cost discipline and flag risks early.

  • Own logistical coordination, including robot shipment, scheduling, wrapping, creative collateral, merchandise, and onsite needs for each activation.

  • Ensure event teams receive clear, complete SOWs and that expectations are communicated to clients and internal partners for seamless execution.

  • Source, schedule, and coordinate staffing—including internal leads and external vendors—to meet event requirements.

  • Manage travel arrangements for all event personnel and partners, optimizing for cost and efficiency.

  • Work with Policy teams to secure required permits for each venue or jurisdiction.

  • Partner with Legal to obtain COIs and ensure contracts, venue agreements, and compliance documents are in place.

  • Deliver post-event and post-campaign reporting, including performance summaries, learnings, and financial reconciliation.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or other related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 0-2 years of experience planning and managing corporate events

  • Proven project management capability with the ability to set deadlines, manage milestones, and drive cross-functional accountability.

  • Strong communication and leadership presence; able to influence without authority and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline; able to juggle multiple campaigns and pivot quickly when needed.

  • Financial fluency, including budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management.

  • Customer-first mindset, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality experiences.

  • Technical proficiency with project management and event logistics tools.

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Experience with event management platforms (e.g., Whova, Monday.com).

  • Creative problem-solving in designing both internal and client-facing event experiences.

  • Strong understanding of attendee needs and event flow dynamics.

  • Comfortable delegating, coordinating, and motivating event teams.

  • Experienced in vendor negotiations and contract coordination.

  • Awareness of current industry trends and best practices in experiential marketing and event production.

Additional Information

  • Travel Requirement: Up to 40% travel to support onsite events, client activations, and media campaign execution.

  • The job will require lifting items over 50 lbs and standing for long periods at events.
