Events Associate

Location: Mangalore, India

Overview:

Coresight Research is looking for a detail-oriented Events Associate to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating and managing digital and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Manage Coresight’s digital event production, including webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and other events.
  • Webinar Coordination: Set up webinars, send promotional emails, and coordinate webinar participants.
  • Marketing Assets Coordination: Coordinate social media and other marketing assets for webinars and events, such as social posts, intro videos and slide decks.
  • Email Campaigns: Prepare and send email campaigns for webinars and other events.
  • Email List Management: Clean and improve the events email list to increase RSVPs.
  • Tool Management: Manage Zoom and Restream accounts, archive videos, and coordinate brand-building webinars.

  • Strong skills in event planning and execution.

  • Proficient in project coordination and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
