About the Role

The Revenue Events Producer owns the full lifecycle and P&L of Mindvalley’s revenue-driving events portfolio. This includes six annual summits (in-person and virtual) and one Future Human event. The role exists at the intersection of operations, product, and business growth — directly responsible for revenue, conversion, and profitability outcomes.

This leader manages city-hub partnerships (LA, Miami, Dubai, London), optimizes Mastery conversions, and ensures seamless execution across both in-person and virtual production models. As Mindvalley grows its slate to 8–12 revenue events by 2027, this role builds scalable systems, templates, and repeatable operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production, P&L, and commercial success of all revenue-focused events.

  • Lead event strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.

  • Manage agency relationships and local partners in key global hubs.

  • Collaborate with Programming Lead to design content flow and event narrative.

  • Partner with Speaker Logistics Manager to ensure world-class speaker experience.

  • Drive Mastery conversion optimization across all summits.

  • Build scalable SOPs, workflows, and repeatable event models for global expansion.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Growth, Marketing, Tech, and Product teams.

  • Track KPIs and continuously optimize for revenue, NPS, and profitability.

  • Manage on-site and virtual crews, contractors, and vendors.

What Success Looks Like

  • Revenue and profitability targets achieved across all events.

  • Conversion rates improved year-over-year.

  • Scalable systems in place to expand to 8–12 revenue events.

  • Consistently high attendee satisfaction and seamless execution.

  • Strong partner ecosystem in major global hubs.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years in large-scale event production with strong commercial or P&L ownership.

  • Deep experience in global vendor management and multi-city event operations.

  • Sharp business acumen with strong budgeting and forecasting capability.

  • Exceptional project leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Bonus: Proven track record of revenue growth and conversion optimization.
