EverCommerce (Nasdaq: EVCM) is a leading service commerce platform, providing vertically tailored, integrated SaaS solutions that help more than 690,000 global service-based businesses accelerate growth, streamline operations, and increase retention. With its EverPro, EverHealth, and EverWell brands specializing in Home, Health, and Wellness service industries, EverCommerce provides end-to-end business management software, embedded payment acceptance, marketing technology, and customer experience applications.

EverPro is seeking a skilled, energetic, and detail-oriented Content Writer to join the Brand & Creative team. This role will focus on creating clear, engaging, and on-brand content across marketing, web, and customer-facing channels—supporting campaigns, product initiatives, and brand storytelling efforts.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer who’s excited to learn, collaborate, and grow. You’ll work closely with the Content Lead, marketing team, designers, UX partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to bring content strategies to life through high-quality content and thoughtful cross-functional execution. This role is well-suited for someone who wants to deepen their craft, understand how content drives business outcomes, and grow into a more strategic content role over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit high-quality, on-brand content across formats including website copy, campaign messaging, landing pages, lifecycle content, and customer stories.

  • Support integrated marketing campaigns by developing clear, compelling copy that aligns with creative concepts and business goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing team, brand & creative leads, designers, and UX partners to ensure content is clear, user-focused, and effective across all touchpoints.

  • Execute content briefs, translating strategy and messaging frameworks into polished deliverables.

  • Apply brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines consistently across all content.

  • Assist with content updates and optimizations to support SEO, conversion, and performance goals.

  • Participate in content reviews, incorporating feedback and revisions with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Help maintain content documentation, templates, and libraries to support efficient workflows.

  • Learn and apply emerging tools and best practices, including responsible use of AI, to improve content quality and efficiency.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or a related role (in-house, agency, or freelance).

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates clarity, voice, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences, channels, and goals.

  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and taking direction from various sources.

  • Understanding of digital marketing, brand fundamentals, and customer-focused writing.

  • Interest in deepening your knowledge of SEO, UX writing, and conversion best practices.

  • Highly organized, dependable, collaborative, and open to feedback.

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or service-based businesses is a plus, but not required.

Why This Role Matters

This role plays a key part in bringing EverPro’s brand and content strategy to life. As EverPro continues to unify and scale its brand, the Content Writer helps ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and genuinely useful for the service professionals we serve.

In this role, you’ll support a portfolio of customer experience and engagement solutions that help service businesses attract more customers, earn and manage reviews, communicate with homeowners across channels, and deliver more professional, trust-building experiences before, during, and after the job. The brands span marketing automation, reputation management, messaging, and AI-powered customer communication—each with its own audience, tone, and use cases, but united by a shared focus on helping service pros grow. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, learn from experienced partners, and grow your skills within a collaborative Brand & Creative team.
