The Executive Administrative Assistant provides daily administrative support to executives, manages scheduling, prepares meeting materials, and oversees office duties.
FocusKPI is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.
Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 5 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend the contract depending on your performance & budget
Pay Range: $21 - 31/hr
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to executives: manage complex scheduling and other executive affairs, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, and other company logistics.
- Assist in meeting and workshop scheduling and meeting materials preparation, such as confirmations, welcome packets, final documents, mailings, name badges, and signage.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to the team: Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, office facilities management, and shipping/receiving of orders on behalf of the team.
- Assist in office event planning and coordinating.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding preparation: ordering a phone, laptop, business card, nameplate, desk assignment, etc.
- Respond to miscellaneous requests from the team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in high-tech companies, media companies, or information centers preferred but not required.
- Education: BA degree
- Fluency in the Korean language is a plus.
- Computer/IT fluency required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office is required.
- Professional experience in information centers is an additional skill to have.
