In this role you willWe're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Business Officer and the broader Go-to-Market organization. This is a dual-function role blending executive administration with project and operational support - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, sweats the details, and knows how to keep senior leaders and cross-functional teams moving.
Executive Support (CBO)
- Own and manage the CBO's calendar with a high degree of judgment - prioritizing, scheduling, and protecting time across competing demands
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare the CBO for meetings by pulling together agendas, briefing materials, and relevant context
- Manage expense reporting and reconciliation
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks with discretion and a "no task too small" mindset
Go-to-Market Operations
- Support planning and execution of GTM team programs, offsites, and cross-functional initiatives
- Work with the Director of Revenue Operations to maintain operational cadences: meeting rhythms, QBRs, team all-hands, and leadership syncs
- Assist with building decks, reports, and internal communications on behalf of the CBO and GTM leadership
- Serve as a connective tissue across GTM functions, helping teams stay aligned and unblocked
- 2-4 years of experience in an executive assistant, chief of staff, business operations, or similar role - ideally supporting senior leadership at a fast-growing company
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Strong calendar and travel management experience; comfortable operating across time zones
- High EQ and the ability to build trust with executives, peers, and external stakeholders
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication - you're comfortable drafting an exec brief as much as a quick Slack message
- Comfortable in ambiguity; proactive about identifying what needs to happen without being told
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar)
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a commercial or go-to-market function (sales, marketing, partnerships)
- Familiarity with project management and AI tools (Notion, Claude, etc.)
- Background at a high-growth startup or tech company
- Hebrew fluency (spoken and written) — the CBO works closely with our Israeli team, and the ability to communicate directly is a meaningful advantage in this role
Why This Role
You'll have direct visibility into how a business operates at the executive level and play a meaningful role in helping the GTM org execute. This is a great fit for someone who wants to grow into a Chief of Staff or operations track.
