Role Overview

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic right hand to our Co-founders and senior leadership. You’ll own executive scheduling, communications, and logistics end-to-end—while acting as an extension of leadership with professionalism and polish. This role blends classic executive support with project management and operational responsibilities, and is ideal for someone who is proactive, discreet, and thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Do

  • Expertly prioritize leadership’s time through expert calendar management, meeting organization, and proactive resolution of scheduling conflicts.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and presentation materials in advance to drive efficient and focused decision-making.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries and handling logistics end-to-end.

  • Track important action items and send corresponding follow-ups to keep commitments on track.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, ideally at a tech startup or high-growth technology company.

  • Strong calendar management skills across multiple stakeholders and time zones

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Base pay range for this role is $140k-160k. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
