This role involves managing the CEO's calendar, inbox, and logistics, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting interactions with stakeholders.
About the Role
We're hiring an Executive Assistant who will work side-by-side with our CEO every day. You'll own his calendar, manage his inbox, run his travel, and act as the operational backbone that lets him focus on the highest-leverage parts of running the company.
This role is designed for someone with high intellect, strong curiosity, and technical fluency who wants a front-row seat to how a venture-backed robotics company is built. You’ll ramp quickly, develop deep context on the CEO's daily operations, and become a trusted partner in keeping the CEO organized, prepared, and productive.
We’re open to candidates with prior EA experience as well as recent graduates who demonstrate strong judgment, professionalism, and a bias toward action.
This is a full-time, in-person role supporting our CEO and team at Multiply Labs’ San Francisco headquarters.

- Proactively structure the CEO’s day, week, and travel to align with top company priorities
- Protect focus time aggressively and ensure seamless transitions between commitments

- Anticipate conflicts, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies before they happen
- Triage and prioritize a high-volume inbox with speed and judgment
- Draft clear, precise internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Track all commitments and ensure every follow-up is completed without exception
- Maintain tight control over open loops across business and personal contexts
- Keep the CEO fully on track throughout the day—meetings, decisions, follow-ups, transitions
- Operate with urgency, accuracy, and calm under pressure in constantly shifting conditions
- Solve problems independently and escalate only when necessary
- Schedule and coordinate with board members, investors, leadership team executives, and external partners
- Support meeting preparation, agendas, logistics, and follow-through
- Ensure executive interactions are frictionless, timely, and well-prepared
- Own end-to-end planning for complex domestic and international travel
- Build detailed itineraries and handle last-minute changes without disruption
- Ensure all logistics—business and personal—are executed flawlessly
- Help ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
- Answer the front door and greet visitors and guests
- Manage supplies, kitchen stock, and vendor coordination
- Help onboard new team members with tools and administrative support
- Handle facilities requests and small operational issues from employees
