We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support our CEO!

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end calendar management for the CEO, coordinating across investors, board members, clinical partners, and internal teams across multiple time zones

  • Manage the CEO’s communications, including inbox triage, drafting responses, and prioritizing incoming requests across stakeholders

  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including itineraries, logistics, visa requirements, and rapid changes

  • Prepare briefing materials and meeting context to ensure the CEO is fully equipped for all external and internal meetings

  • Track and manage the CEO’s commitments across stakeholders, ensuring follow-through and preventing dropped threads

  • Support internal leadership coordination by tracking priorities, surfacing dependencies, and escalating issues as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • High degree of discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive and confidential information

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong initiative and self-direction

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and write effectively in an executive’s voice

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting a C-suite executive, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment
