Position

NewLimit is seeking an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team.  This role will be fast-paced and provide you the rare opportunity to help build and scale a leading technology company. You’ll have the opportunity to support the CEO & executive team across all areas of the business, learning what’s required to grow a company in a deep scientific domain.

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Manage administrative responsibilities for the CEO & executive team
  • Serve as the communication switchboard for our executives, ensuring the right information arrives at the right place & time is prioritized effectively
  • Coordinate with our Finance and Legal teams to solve problems, maintain accurate records, and liaise with external parties
  • Support our executive team on business development, fundraising, and scientific projects
  • Plan events large and small, including our annual progress updates and corporate off-sites
Requirements
  • ≥5 years of experience in a similar executive support role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • History of completing meaningful projects given high-level direction (e.g. event planning, fundraising processes, office management)
  • Experience managing complex calendars
  • History of producing high-quality work products in the form of documents, slides, and spreadsheets
Nice to have
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
  • Experience with Notion, Google Workspace, Greenhouse, or Rippling systems is a plus
  • Experience in the tech or biotech sector
  • Experience supporting teams across HR, Operations, Talent, or others

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
