The Role

The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to the Office Director and Principal, providing strategic and administrative support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is central to keeping operations running smoothly, acting as a liaison across leadership, and ensuring priorities are executed with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary partner to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, priorities, and day-to-day operations

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, communications, and materials (presentations, reports, and correspondence)

  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication

  • Handle confidential information with discretion while proactively anticipating needs and solving problems

  • Support special projects, outreach efforts, and executive initiatives with strong organization and follow-through

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years supporting senior executives in a high-level administrative role

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong judgment and attention to detail

  • Flexibility and commitment to excellence, including availability outside standard business hours when needed

Compensation

The rate for this position generally is $35 - $45 hourly. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the California Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful California applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in California or perform the position from California. Similar positions located outside of California will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by California Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee’s pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
