The Executive Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, managing key administrative and operational tasks. Your support will allow the CEO to focus on driving the company forward and achieving our ambitious goals.

What You’ll Do:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, your role will span a variety of critical functions:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring time is allocated efficiently and effectively for strategic priorities.

  • Travel Coordination: Plan and organize travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed agendas.

  • Operational Support: Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, document organization, and light project management.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage logistics for company events, team offsites, and networking opportunities.

  • Office Logistics: Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with building management, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Additionally, support the setup of office spaces for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Special Projects: Take on ad hoc projects to support the CEO and other leadership team members, as needed.

  • Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, with the ability to represent the CEO’s voice and tone.

  • You anticipate needs, identify potential challenges, and take initiative to find solutions.

  • You can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

  • You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and ready to wear multiple hats.

  • You’re proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion etc

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally in a startup or high-growth company.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • A passion for startups and an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
