The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, organize travel, maintain records, and support communication between executives and colleagues.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to function independently in a
fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment. This person will be intellectually curious, intuitive, detail
oriented, resourceful, trustworthy and have the highest ethical standards. In addition, the individual will be
effective addressing a number of internal and external audiences in a professional manner. This person will
add value by working on a number of simultaneous projects with minimal supervision and exemplary follow-through.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain calendar and handle scheduling of all meetings and appointments
• Answer phones and retrieve voicemails daily
• Responsible for managing all business correspondence
• Project management throughout the department
• Manage business contacts by updating/adding to contact database
• Organize and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning duties
• Arrange travel needs through internal travel department and create complete travel itineraries for all trips
• Manage, organize and maintain accurate files
• Act as liaison between Executive and business colleagues
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Excellent English, grammar, written and oral communication skills
• Proven record of successful problem solving
• Superior organizational skills and record-keeping, and strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and high energy level
• Proactiveness and awareness on how and when to move things forward
• Requires some flexibility with work schedule
• Adaptable, flexible to changes and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software
In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $150,000.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program, as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans, and access to other healthcare programs.
