The Role:

Latent Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive Junior Executive Business Partner to support our Founders and Executive Leadership. This is a dedicated role with full ownership of complex calendaring, travel coordination, executive communications, and creating daily operational leverage that increases leadership focus and effectiveness.

Success in this role requires urgency, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment. You won’t just execute tasks - you will actively increase executive capacity and keep priorities moving forward.

This is not a traditional 9 to 5 position. Our leadership team works across time zones and travels frequently, so you must be comfortable responding early mornings or evenings when priorities shift. While the role offers flexibility in location, it requires consistent reliability and responsiveness.

You will regularly make decisions with incomplete information and are expected to ensure nothing important falls through the cracks. If you enjoy solving logistical challenges, staying calm under pressure, and moving quickly without sacrificing detail, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do:Executive Support
  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple executives and time zones

  • Prioritize requests and protect focus time while balancing business needs

  • Coordinate internal, external, and customer meetings

  • Handle urgent changes and reschedules quickly and accurately

  • Draft professional communications on behalf of leadership

  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups

Travel Coordination
  • Book domestic flights, hotels, and transportation

  • Optimize travel for efficiency and executive preferences

  • Monitor trips and proactively adjust during delays or cancellations

  • Create clear itineraries and briefing materials

  • Track expenses and receipts

Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain organized documentation and shared resources

  • Support offsites, customer visits, and company events

  • Track action items across leadership meetings

  • Build and maintain lightweight processes and templates

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–6+ years supporting executives or senior leadership

  • Extensive experience with complex calendaring and travel booking

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • High discretion handling confidential information

  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs early

What Makes You Successful:
  • Priorities stay clear and organized

  • Scheduling friction is minimized

  • Travel runs smoothly without intervention

  • Leadership communication is timely and accurate

  • Important details are consistently captured and executed

  • You naturally make others more effective

Tools & Skills:
  • Google Workspace, Superhuman, Slack, Notion

  • Travel booking platforms (Navan, Concur, airline portals)

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary + equity

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Flexible PTO

Why This Role Matters:

You will quickly become a trusted partner to leadership and a key operational multiplier across the company - enabling executives to focus on building and scaling the business while you keep everything running smoothly.
