- Manage executives’ calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and emails and respond on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Assist in creating and organizing documents and reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills.
