A Lot About You

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support four Vice Presidents within the CFO organization. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support; you'll be a trusted partner helping leaders stay focused, teams stay aligned, and priorities move forward.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where you’ll be managing competing priorities across multiple functions. You’ll play a key role in bringing structure, coordination, and follow-through across a broad set of Finance and operational teams.

Your Day Will Typically Involve:

  • Manage and prioritize calendars across four VPs within the CFO org, balancing competing priorities and shifting demands

  • Budget tracking and support for outside service provider contracting including coordination and tracking of engagement letters, statements of work, and purchase orders.

  • Interacting with senior management and other EAs across the Yahoo network on various operational matters

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense tracking

  • Coordinate and track tax compliance calendars, filings, and related documentation

  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing distributing mail (including tax filings)  

  • Handle sensitive and confidential business information with discretion

  • Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsites, and all-hands across Finance teams

  • Partner with leaders and teams to gather, organize, and finalize presentation materials and decks

  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks and projects as directed by management

 You Must Have:

  • BA/ BS degree, or equivalent experience; 2-4 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or similar roles (preferably supporting senior leaders or multiple stakeholders).

  • Good business acumen; a demonstrated passion for continuous learning and improvement

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external contacts

  • Exceptional ability to organize and multi-task; strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through

  • Worked effectively in a busy environment and have an ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Worked to a very high standard in a team setting and relied upon to get tasks done under your own direction with limited supervision

  • Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent and sound judgment

  • A passion for employee engagement / building an exceptional employee culture

  • Ideally you will be experienced with using a breath of office tools such as Oracle ERP, Navan Google Drive/Docs/Hangouts, gMail/Messenger, Slack, and more

The compensation for this position ranges from $50,250.00 - $105,000.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
