Executive Assistant

At Ando, we’re rebuilding messaging software for a human-agent collaborative era. It’s not enough for it to just “work” or be at parity with Slack. Ando needs to “feel” like it’s working alongside you - it needs to be fast, beautiful, helpful, and predictive. Ando needs to be good enough for our users to want to spend hours of their days in for their working lives, and convince their friends to do the same.

Role Overview
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic right hand to our founder, and to make everyone on the team's daily experience amazing. You’ll coordinate team events and logistics, and handle the thousand small things that make the difference between a chaotic workday and a productive one.

This role blends classic executive support with project management and operational responsibilities, and is ideal for someone who is proactive, discreet, and thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Do

• Handle HR and ops tasks that don't fit neatly into anyone else's job

• Coordinate customer events, team onsites, and candidate interview days end-to-end

• Book travel (domestic and international), build itineraries, handle logistics

• Track action items across the team and send follow-ups to keep things moving

• Use Claude Code & other agents to power your work

Base pay range for this role is $140k-160k. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
