Our business is on the fast track to success and we're on the lookout for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product & Technology Officer and his leadership team. We need someone with top-notch organizational and interpersonal skills, ready to keep up with the dynamic pace of our rapidly growing company. If you're someone who thrives on getting things done with enthusiasm and has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Tech industry, you might be the perfect fit. We're seeking a self-starter who takes the initiative to ensure smooth operations in the Chief Product & Technology's office. Join us on this thrilling journey!

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. You must be willing to travel to our San Francisco office 2-3 days/week. 

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure the CPTO is well-prepared with agenda & materials for meetings
  • Partner closely with executives to help them manage their time efficiently
  • Manage routine executive communications internally and externally and ensure that follow-ups happen in a timely manner
  • Own administrative duties including calendar and schedule, travel itineraries, reservations, and expenses for the CPTO and his leadership team
  • Own special projects for the technology organization and partner directly with executives
  • Find opportunities to take workstreams off the executive’s plate and remove bottlenecks
  • Oversee meeting schedules for key events and onsites
  • Collaborate with EA teams internally and externally on meetings, event coordination, and special projects
  • Uphold Tubi’s reputation by managing high-stakes relationships and communications with C-Suite executives and high-level talent
  • Support day-to-day operations of the office space including conference room and desk assignments, supplies, and shared equipment
  • Enhance productivity across the team through intelligent management and design

Your Background:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives at a technology company
  • Outstanding organizational and execution skills
  • An expert at handling a wide range of working styles 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for streaming/technology and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work under short timelines and a skilled multitasker
  • Comfortable interacting with senior leadership

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
