What you'll do?partner with members of the leadership team to manage calendars, coordinate scheduling, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly so leaders can focus on high-leverage work.
act as a generalist operator across the business, jumping into new systems and workflows to identify gaps, bring structure to ambiguous projects, and ship operational improvements end-to-end
produce clean internal docs, crisp external emails, and clear written communication that helps the team move faster and stay aligned.
