About the Role

Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to support senior leadership, specifically our Chief People and Experience Officer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

 

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to executives, helping drive efficiency, organization, communication, and execution across daily operations and

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.

  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executive leadership.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials.

  • Support cross-functional projects and help manage follow-up on key initiatives.

  • Organize team events, leadership meetings, and executive offsites.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of executive support experience supporting senior-level leaders.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth organization.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, support executive decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
