The Executive Brand Director leads client relationships and account teams, driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and team mentorship.
The Executive Brand Director [EBD] is a proven leader, effective communicator and an exceptional motivator of teams internally and externally. The position provides leadership across channels and the opportunity to partner with senior leadership to push our clients as well as the teams they are accountable for. You are a true leader that demonstrates passion in all that you do. You're an entrepreneur, a partner and a driver of growth for your clients' businesses. You own the client P&L, client development and overall organic growth for the business. Your focus is on driving our clients' business and brand through inspiring, groundbreaking creative solutions. You are seen as the overall relationship lead by the client's leadership.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Trusted leader across all client relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Collaborate with clients to understand their market, competition, and industry trends, using this information to develop strategic marketing and advertising plans. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded and address any issues or concerns promptly. Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts, aligning with their business goals and objectives.
Quality assurance through operational excellence internally and externally Monitor and report on the performance of client accounts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Oversee the delivery of high-quality services or campaigns, ensuring they align with agreed-upon standards and objectives. Manage account budgets, profitability, and financial aspects of projects to meet or exceed financial targets.
Player-coach team leadership
Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance, support, and direction in client interactions and project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS
-10 or more years in brand role on agency and/or client-side3 or more years experience leading teams
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
-Proven ability to lead heavily staffed accounts, as well as maximize productivity of more skeletal teams
-Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesStrategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
