We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead the RHA Injectable HA (Hyaluronic Acid) Filler portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving strategic growth, leading the launch of new indications, and strengthening market presence for our innovative filler products within the medical aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of scientific expertise, medical marketing experience, and leadership capabilities to develop and execute impactful brand strategies, navigate a competitive marketplace, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and product success.

Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer   

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the RHA Injectable HA Filler portfolio, with a focus on launching new indications, expanding market share, and driving long-term business growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product development, commercial, medical, and sales teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for product positioning, portfolio expansion, and competitive differentiation within the aesthetic industry.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches for new indications, ensuring seamless integration with branding, marketing, and commercial strategies.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives for sales and medical teams to support effective communication of product benefits, clinical data, and usage.
  • Drive medical marketing initiatives, including the creation of promotional materials, educational programs, and clinical support content.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry experts to strengthen product advocacy and market credibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for the RHA portfolio to ensure efficient investment and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze business and financial performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, product initiatives, and overall portfolio success.

Basic Qualifications: (recruiter to advise)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on injectable aesthetics products. Filler experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on injectable products, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical aesthetics industry.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting injectable filler, aesthetics, dermatology, or specialty healthcare products.
  • Experience in launching new medical aesthetic products as part of a portfolio
  • Experience managing distributor agreements and partnerships
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial, and Sales teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
