This is a unique entry point into the business operations of a fast-moving tech company. As an Executive Operations Associate, you'll work directly within the Office of the Chief of Staff, supporting executive-level workflows, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic priorities across the organization. You'll gain exposure to every corner of the business from day one — sitting at the center of how Samba operates and scales.

What You'll Do

    • Support the Chief of Staff in tracking company-wide priorities, OKRs, and key cross-functional initiatives

    • Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, pre-reads, and follow-through on action items

    • Help manage internal communications, leadership reporting, and operational workflows

    • Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews, board updates, and company all-hands

    • Serve as connective tissue between departments — flagging blockers and keeping initiatives on track

    • Identify process gaps and propose operational improvements that help the executive team move faster

What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or related field (Class of 2026 preferred)

    • Exceptional organizational skills and relentless attention to detail

    • Strong written and verbal communication — you can synthesize complex information clearly

    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment

    • Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.) a plus
